By default, each plan comes with a set amount of monthly transcription hours. If you need more hours, you can easily purchase them from within your account settings.

By default, we do not offer a trial for the paid plans. However, you can try out the Pay-as-you-go plan and upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Prices are listed in your local currency if available, and if not they are listed in EUR. You can select your preferred currency when you create your account. It can also be changed in your account settings afterwards.

Our payment processor is Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, UnionPay. Diners Club and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Alipay, Klarna, WeChat Pay and SEPA bank transfer within the EU. For annual payments, we automatically charge all of the mentioned credit cards. As for the other payment methods, we will send you a payment link to complete the transaction manually, since automatic payments are not possible with those payment methods.

Unfortunately not at this point in time, but we plan to offer special rates for students, educators, and non-profits in the very near future.

You can easily cancel your subscription from your LinguSocial subscription page. You can also delete your account and permanently wipe your data from our servers.

Yes, we do. Every time you make a purchase, we instantly send you an invoice by email. You can also access your invoices in your account settings and download them at your convenience.

Each plan has a limit on the number of transcription minutes you’re allowed in a certain timeframe. Both, subtitles and translations are not being count towards your transcription limit. Any unused transcription minutes in a billing cycle do not roll over to the next cycle, unless they had been purchased separately.

If the monthly limit is not high enough for your transcription needs then you may want to consider shifting to a higher plan or an annual plan.
