How to delete your Account

Deleting your account is non-reversible. Once this action is complete, your personal data and phone number will no longer exist in LinguSocial, and the account is not recoverable. You will need to sign-up as a new user if you wish to continue using LinguSocial after deleting your account.

Before you delete your account

All of the following data will be permanently removed from our systems including, but not limited to: Transcripts, phone calls, meetings, instant messages and all associated media - make sure to:

  • Export any media you would like to keep
  • Transcriptions (including automatic and imported) – please be sure to export any transcriptions that you wish to keep
  • Invoices and receipts – download your receipts for your records
  • Any active subscriptions – these will immediately be canceled, and any unused time will be forfeited.

Deleting your account

  • Sign into your account, then click on the Settings button on the bottom right of the left side 
  • Select the Edit Profile tab
  • Click on the More button on the top right side
  • Select Delete account; This will open up an alert window.

Choose Delete Account from the alert window to permanently delete your account. Once complete you will be automatically logged out of LinguSocial and your account will be removed from our system.
