How long does it take to process a file?
Many of you reach out wondering how long is the process, from the Upload to having it ready to be worked on in the app. When it comes to the initial Upload, it will only take us a few minutes to import it from your device. As a rule of thumb, we usually take half the length of your audio/video file to finish processing it in order to create your transcript or subtitle file. So for example, if your file is 30 minutes long, we will transcribe it within 15 minutes. Sometimes, it can be a little longer if it's a video file.
Can I bulk upload files?
Yes, you can! You have the following options:
- Drag & drop several files into the upload dialog
- Use Cloud Storage providers like Google Drive, Dropbox etc
How to get a more accurate transcription?
You do not require sophisticated equipment, even your phone can record great audio files. Having said that, equipment does matter, especially when recording in conditions that have background noise. The following tips will help you generate the best audio/video file, which in turn will generate texts of superior quality.
- Avoid heavy background noise
