Access live captions, chat, audio and mic settings, screenshare, animated emoji reactions, AI tools, and more, from your Meeting's bottom bar controls. Let's take a look at LinguSocial Meeting's basic controls, accessible from the bottom bar.
Video feeds
Video feeds for all participants will show up on the screen when the user's cameras are active. When disabled, only the participant's initials or their avatar will display.
Meeting info
Easily see the name and duration of the meeting and meeting URL from the Meeting Info section.
In-meeting chat
View and send messages and images to all other meeting participants.
Transcript
View the entire transcript of your conversation appear in real-time.
Participants
Acdept or decline participants call request (if you're the Organizer).
Audio controls
Quickly turn your microphone on or off by selecting the Mute button. Click the More button to access your audio controls. You can also access your mic and camera settings from the More button.
Video controls
Select the camcorder icon to quickly turn your camera on or off. Click the up-arrow to blur or change your background, use a virtual background, turn off all incoming videos or turn off a background completely. You can also access your mic and camera settings from the More button.
End a meeting
Exit the meeting by clicking the red phone icon. The meeting will be terminated if either the host or participant exits.
Share your screen
Share your screen with all meeting participants - choose between sharing your entire screen, a window or just a single tab. Select Share Screen, choose what you'd like to present and click Share. Learn more about screen sharing in this Help Center article.
Animated emoji reactions
Give feedback to the other meeting participants via real-time animatd emoji reactions. For easy access, click the emoji button to open the full animated emoji library.
Live captions
LinguSocial Meetings displays captions and subtitles in real-time on your video screen. Turn live captions on or off via the live caption button.
Participant Controls
Available only to the organizer, participant controls provide tighter control of the meeting by accepting or declining meeting requests. Click participant controls to access the participant menu.
Picture in Picture
Enable Picture-in-Picture to bring the video feed out of the window, so that you can view the meeting feed while on other windows. Picture-in-Picture is enabled through the More button.

Quick access to the LinguSocial Help Center for quick answers to your questions. The Help Center is accessed through the More button.
