LinguSocial gives you several ways to make a call — from the main dialer, or chat. Let's take a look at all the ways you can make a call in LinguSocial's app.
Call from the main dialer
To place a call from the main dialer:
- Select the Phone icon in the main menu on the left side
- Enter a contact's name or phone number
- Check the slider in case you want this call transcribed or translated in real-time with the help of our Phone Call Interpreter AI
- Click on the Dial button
Be aware that by using the Phone Call Interpreter AI, transcription and translation are billed separately on top of your price for the phone call. Make sure that you have sufficient transcription or interpreting minutes in your account before making a call.
Call from chat
To place a call from a chat, select the Phone icon inside of your conversation. This will copy the phone number into the main dialer. From there you can select additional details like transcription or translation the call.
