LinguSocial Messenger is allowing you to keep your lines of communication open from anywhere within LinguSocial. LinguSocial messages are sent via internet, starting a chat between LinguSocial you and your contacts. Let's dive into the details.
Send a message
- To send a chat message from the LinguSocial app, select Recents in the left sidebar.
- Select an existing conversation or click on the action button and select New Message
- Once your contact is selected, type your message
- Press the Enter key when you're ready to send the message
Receive messages
To receive messages from your contacts, simply open our app and go to the Recents section. Unread messages are highlighted for you and marked as unread the moment you open the conversation.
Reply to a message
To reply a message, first, head to your LinguSocial App.
- Navigate to Recents
- Open a conversation
- Navigate to the message you'd like to reply to
- Select the down arrow to access the drop-down menu
- Select Reply
- Write your reply
- Finish and send
Forward a message
To forward a message to another LinguSocial User, first, head to your LinguSocial App.
- Navigate to Recents
- Open a conversation
- Navigate to the message you'd like to forward
- Select the down arrow to access the drop-down menu
- Select Forward
- Search a contact's name or enter an email address, and add an additional message if required
- Select Forward Message to finish and send
Add emoji reactions
Adding emoji reactions is quick, and simple and adds a personal touch to your message. Follow the steps below to add emoji reactions.
- Select the message you would like to react to by hovering over the message
- Click the smiley face
- Select your desired emoji from the recommended emojis, or search the emoji library
- Your emoji will appear beneath the message
Delete a message
Deleting messages is quick and simple. Here is how it works:
- Select the message you would like to delete by hovering over the message
- Click the Delete button

Deleting entire conversations is very quick and simple. Here is how it works:
- Select the conversation you would like to delete by hovering it
- Click the Delete button
