Transcribe phone calls
Real-time transcription has to be enabled before you make phone calls. Here is how it works:
- Go to the app
- Enter the phone number or select the contact that you want to call
- Check the AI Transcription switch. This will open a new dialog with a list of available languages
- Select the Transcribe checkbox and click on the choosen dialect that your contact speaks
- Press the Call button
To have a smooth experience, please make sure to have sufficient transcription minutes left in your account.
Translate phone calls
Our Phone Call Interpreter AI translates your phone call for both participants in realtime. It transcribes and translates each participants speech and then plays an audio of the translation for both participants to hear via Text-to-Speech technology. It is truly magical!
- Go to the app
- Enter the phone number or select the contact that you want to call
- Check the AI Transcription switch. This will open a new dialog with a list of available languages
- Select the AI Phone Call Interpreter checkbox and click
- Select the language that your contact speaks
- Press the Call button
Our AI Phone Interpreter is billed separately, so please make sure to have enough minutes left in your account.
Using a custom dictionary
Using custom dictionaries is a great way of improving the speech recognition quality. Here is how to use them when making phone calls:
- Go to the app
- Enter the phone number or select the contact that you want to call
- Check the AI Transcription switch. This will open a new dialog with a list of available languages
- Activate the Use Custom Vocabulary checkbox
- Select your custom dictionary
