How do I playback my transcript?
When you open a transcript you will see a video preview screen in the bottom right corner to the side of your transcript. If you press the Play button in the bottom corner, your audio or video file will be played and the transcript text will darken as each word is spoken so that you can easily follow along. To skip ahead or back in the audio or video, just click anywhere in the transcript. The audio or video will automatically stop playing when you type.
Can I retrieve a file if I have accidentally deleted it?
If you have deleted a file from your account, we should be able to restore it for you. Just get in touch with our Support team and let us know the name of the file.
Can I permanently delete files?
We can perform hard deletions of files. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once the files are deleted, we cannot restore them back to your account. Please submit this request to our Support team. We will process this request within the legally prescribed timeframe in accordance with GDPR requirements (30 days).
