You can enter a promo code when upgrading your subscription from a Pay-as-you-go plan to one of our paid plans, depending on the promo code. We usually give promo codes during promotional events, which we announce in our marketing emails and on social media.
Adding a promo code to a purchase
When purchasing or upgrading a subscription, you can enter a promo code at the bottom of the checkout window.
- Click the + button on the Promo code line
- Enter your promo code
- After selecting your purchase, click Apply
- Finish your purchase by selecting Update in the bottom right corner
Considerations when using promo codes
- Promo codes can only be used once
- You can only use one code per purchase
- Some codes have an expiration date; you'll want to use them before they expire
